    Called to get them to come fix my propane firepace in the middle of a winter freeze where the temperature is -30c and they told me they r not taking anymore clients? I'm sorry what ? So I'm left with no heat in the freezing cold weather and THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANYMORE CLIENTS? WOW...worst customer service I've ever heard of
