  They have a few great people working there > But they also have some bigots specially the tall fat guy at the back counter .

  I know that we all have bad days and I understand that. However if I was working as a cash register person I would try to be polite and pleasant. Today, the cashier was rude and very unhelpful when I was trying to juggle melting salt and my elderly mother. It has been my experience at the Hanover store that they are not very helpful or friendly. Today gave me another reason to shop in either Durham or Mount Forest because the employees actually treat you like you are actually important to them.

  Not one person said hello as my husband myself and two young children came into the store, we're on the hunt for a new kitchen and while looking my son opened a display front door, as he opened it i seen the whole display wobble like it was going too fall, i screamed and grabbed it. I opened the door and used the open door as a leg to hold it open, i Looked around it and realized there is only one big screw in the floor holding this huge display up. Not one person still came over, i thought my child and myself were going to be a pancakes!!! Never going back.
