  My wife and I were looking for a new couch as part of their clearance sale. Gina Bieman was the sales person whom was helping us. She was patient and helped us narrow our choices down with her thorough knowledge of their furniture, and providing us with all the measurement, etc. When we finally decided which couch (we actually decided going with a sectional) we noticed that part of the couch was broken. Gina, was going to look into seeing what it was going to cost to repair it, but instead, they found a new one in the warehouse that they offered to us. We love the sectional. I would highly recommend purchasing any items from Smitty's, not only do they have high quality items, but they have excellent customer service.

  They have a huge selection of furniture, and Christina was great at helping us pick out furniture that suited our home. We have been very happy with our purchases and the delivery guys were quick and friendly!!

  Unpleasant. Have been waiting 5 months for delivery of 4 pieces. Promised dates not kept. Unorganized as well. Had to pick new fabrics cause the ones I picked on their sales floor had been discontinued and they didn't even know until a few weeks after I already purchased. Also They lack knowledge of their products and fabrics.

  Went into Hanover location looking for 2 couches and it was clear that I didn't really know what would fit in my space. I was given their site that has a built in room decorator to put in measurements and was given the measurements of the two different couches that I liked. There was never any pressure and Christina was very helpful in helping me pick out what would fit in our space and to pick durable fabric. Will be returning for beds in the future.
