This is our second trip there. Quite a bit to do for the kids, a couple of playgrounds, a diverted channel off the main waterway, barnyard animals they can feed.

Great place to take the family for a week or a weekend. The tubing on the river keeps us coming back for the last 7 years.

Only drawback is there is no pool, that would be a 5 star stay, but even without i'd still highly recommend a visit

Tiny site and loud neighbors but kids had fun. After reading about the huge lots, family fun and quiet park we went there for the long weekend. Our site (K7) was so small I could have roasted a marshmallow on my neighbors fire with a fishing pole and not needed the pole to touch the trailer on the other side. We were surrounded by 4 sites playing their radios even when they had left the sites. I complained at the office and they told me that the noise rule didn't come into effect until 11pm. I asked one site to turn their outdoor speakers off when they left the site and we had 20 minutes of quiet until the teenager came back turned the country music back on and left the site. I even walked onto my neighbors vacant site to turn his radio down. The park is big and a lot of thought has been put into it so the kids had a lot of fun. We walked around to see the tent sites and found 3 empty, but they gave us a site in the noisy rv corner. So if we were to go back we would ask for tent site #1 as it is big secluded, near the river and outhouse.

Amazingly maintained private and quiet park. Family run and well cared for. Mainly seasonal with lots of opportunities for those looking for a quiet weekend trip as well.
